Espresso is a coffee-brewing method of Italian origin, in which a small amount of nearly boiling water is forced under 9–10 bars of pressure through finely-ground coffee beans.

Caffè macchiato, sometimes called espresso macchiato, is an espresso coffee drink with a small amount of milk, usually foamed. In Italian, macchiato means "stained" or "spotted", so the literal translation of caffè macchiato is "stained coffee" or "marked coffee

A cortado is a beverage consisting of espresso mixed with a roughly equal amount of warm milk to reduce the acidity. The milk in a cortado is steamed, but not frothy and "texturized" as in many Italian coffee drinks. The cortado comes from Spain, most likely Madrid, where it is commonly served.

Caffè Americano is a type of coffee drink prepared by diluting an espresso with hot water, giving it a similar strength to, but different flavor from, traditionally brewed coffee. Its strength varies with the number of shots of espresso and amount of water added

Caffè latte, often shortened to just latte in English, is a coffee beverage of Italian origin made with espresso and steamed milk. A variety of flavors can be added to this drink.

A Mocha Latte, is a chocolate-flavoured warm beverage with espresso and steamed milk that is a variant of a café latte.

Brewed coffee is made by pouring hot water onto ground coffee beans, then allowing to brew. Godega Market uses local roasters for all of our coffee menu items.

Café au lait is coffee with hot milk added.

cold brew is coffee made by steeping ground coffee in room-temperature water for several hours, usually 12 to 18 hours or even longer, then straining out the grounds and chilling it before serving it either as-is, over ice, or diluted with water
